Dr. Akanya Kosisochukwu Ifeoma

Deputy Director

Dr. Akanya Kosisochukwu Ifeoma is a physician dedicated to advancing equitable healthcare delivery through public health strategy and mental health advocacy. Her work centers on bridging clinical medicine with community health systems to improve outcomes at scale. She is particularly passionate about preventive care, health education, and strengthening primary healthcare structures. With a forward-looking approach, she aims to contribute to policy-driven and data-informed solutions that transform population health in Africa and beyond.

Ugboma Chiamaka Anita

Secretary

Chiamaka Ugboma is a passionate development professional and Secretary of Aguike Foundation, where she advances youth empowerment, education, community impact, and health outreach initiatives for the elderly.

She also serves as a Business Development Officer at Salta Infrastructure and Construction Company Limited, driving strategic growth, partnerships, and proposal development.

Chiamaka is deeply committed to leadership, mentorship, and creating sustainable opportunities that empower young people and support vulnerable communities.

Idoko Chinwendu Peace

Treasurer

Idoko Chinwendu Peace serves as the Treasurer of the organization, where she ensures financial accountability and responsible management of resources in support of its mission of health and educational empowerment. She is committed to maintaining transparency while helping the organization accomplish its mission.
With a background in Physiotherapy and Data Analysis, she combines healthcare knowledge with analytical insight to support sustainable program development. She has actively participated in several successful health and educational outreach initiatives, thereby improving access to quality healthcare and education.

Madukaife Lydia C

Welfare and procurement Manager

Madukaife Lydia, Procurement Manager at Aguike Foundation, is a seasoned professional with expertise in procurement, human development, and operations management. With a background in Medical Laboratory Sciences, she’s a skilled strategist and people manager. Married to Mr. Offor Kingsley, Lydia hails from Udi LGA, Enugu State. Her skills include health support services, strong management, and attention to detail. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, traveling, and music

Benedicta Ozoafa is a Project Coordinator (Livelihood) at
Aguike Foundation, focused on health and educational empowerment. She coordinates programs that enhance economic opportunities and self-reliance, empowering communities, especially women and youth with practical skills and resources for sustainable development.

Kenechukwu Dominic Maduike

Project coordinator for Agriculture

Kenechukwu Maduike is a History and International Relations graduate passionate about leadership, community development, and social progress. He is committed to grassroots initiatives that build sustainable community impact.
Kene has actively participated in youth empowerment, faith-based programs, and civic activities, supporting efforts in education, empowerment, and social awareness. These experiences have honed his collaborative skills, effective communication, and ability to contribute to structured projects.
He is also drawn to media, digital innovation, and storytelling as powerful tools for advocacy and development. Kene approaches every role with discipline, thoughtfulness, and a dedication to continuous learning and service.

Fr. Michael Nwankwo

Rev Fr Michael Nwankwo Ugochukwu is a Catholic priest of Enugu Diocese. A native of Ugbawka, Nkanu East LGA, Enugu State. He was ordained a priest in December 18, 2021. He has served in various pastoral roles and places, including Vicar at St Joseph, Ugwogo and SS Peter and Paul Ugbene. Currently, he is a Vice Principal at College of Immaculate Conception, Enugu, and Project Coordinator of Aguike Foundation.

Godwin Odiba is the Project Coordinator (Diaspora) at Aguike Foundation, supporting the planning and implementation of the Foundation’s projects while contributing from the diaspora. He is passionate about community development, youth empowerment, and sustainable social impact, and works closely with the team to strengthen the Foundation’s programs and partnerships.
