A two-day teacher training programme at D McGlade Secondary School, Ogrute, in Nsukka, Enugu, Nigeria.
Date: November 2nd and 3rd, 2023.
Over 35 teachers were present. Guest lecturers include Mr. Willy Nyabuk, a master’s student in social psychology at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, 
and Rev. Fr. Nwankwo Michael, an educationist at the College of Immaculate Conception, Enugu.
Day one focused on the impact of social and emotional learning on teacher performance in the classroom, which can help kids do better academically. Expanding instructors’ knowledge horizons in their interactions with students and parents both within and outside of the classroom. 
Day two focuses on the most effective way to structure lesson notes and communicate knowledge to students.
At the conclusion of the programme, proposals, remarks, and recommendations were provided to the school administration for future improvement.
